Saudi OilMin Al-Falih: No such thing as oil target price

Headlines continue to pour in from the International Energy Forum in New Delhi, with Saudi Arabia’s Energy Minister Khalid Al-Falih now saying that we don't want oil prices to move to unreasonable level.
