AUD/JPY ends unchanged above 92.50

FXStreet (Córdoba) - The AUD/JPY finished on Tuesday with a marginal gain of less than 10 pips, hovering above 92.50. Initially the Aussie point higher following RBA minutes and rose to 92.80, the highest price since March 13 but failed to hold, pulled back and then accelerated to the downside.

At the end of Tuesday’s Asian session the pair bottomed at 91.90 and then bounced to the upside, rising to test daily highs but failed to break higher and retreated to end around 92.50/55. The Aussie was able to close for the second day in a row above 92.00, holding a recovery tone after falling sharply last week.

The pair remains steady ahead of the Westpac Leading Index in Australia and economic data from Japan.

USD/CHF finds resistance at 0.8770 and erases gains
