US FTC investigates Facebook for illegal use of personal data

The US Federal Trade Commission is probing Facebook in case of possible violation of use of the personal data, Bloomberg reports.

According to reports, the Facebook investigation is based on allowing Cambridge Analytica, third-party firm, to use the personal data of Facebook's customers/users in what may be considered a violation of its own policies.
