Flash: Air of caution across markets - Rabobank

FXStreet (Guatemala) - Strategists at Rabobank noted the release schedule has been light today though the slight better tone in European markets this morning was suggesting that some of the poor news overnight is being shrugged off.

Key Quotes:

"Nevertheless, caution is likely to remain".

"While the news that no side wants a military conflict has pushed news from Ukraine into the sidelines, reports that Russian forces have seized another Crimean border post should ensure that investors remain watchful".

" Similarly, reports of potential security breach on the missing Malaysian Airlines flight should also promote caution".

"Later in the week attention will turn to the BoJ and RBNZ policy meetings; the latter expected to bring a hike".

"US retail sales data will also be a focus this week".
