United States Redbook Index (YoY) fell from previous 5.4% to 4.9% in April 12

Inflation in Canada, as measured by the change in the Consumer Price Index (CPI), rose by 2.9% on a yearly basis in March from 2.8% in February, Statistics Canada reported on Tuesday.
