Last opinion poll on Scottish referendum reveals 'no' camp leads at six points

FXStreet (Łódź) - The last opinion poll on the Scottish independence referendum released before voting is completed points to a 47% support for the "yes" camp and 53% for the "no" camp.

Separatist leader Alex Salmond said after casting his vote: "We are in the hands of the people of Scotland and there is no safer place to be than in the hands of the Scottish people.”

The turnout is said to be very high. Polling stations are to close at 21 GMT. The final result of the referendum will be known after ballots from all the 32 local authority areas are counted and it is expected tomorrow at 5:30-6:30 GMT.
